COLUMBUS, Ohio – Homeowners can now enjoy the texture and beauty of a chiseled-slate roof or the Mediterranean-charm of a high-barrel clay tile roof without costly installation or ongoing maintenance concerns. The secret is a specially formulated high performance polymer that resists expansion and contraction and will not split, crack or rot under any climate conditions.
Exterior Portfolio Roofing Designs features two product offerings – Verona Slate and Cordoba Clay. Verona is available in graphite black, ashwood gray, carbon gray and harvest brown. Cordoba is only available in Terracotta. With a history dating back centuries, slate roofing has long been the standard for quality and detail for all roofing materials. With a wide 7-inch reveal and beautiful, bold shadow lines, Verona Slate elegantly separates a home from its neighbors. Reinforced nail slots and hooks ensure a secure and solid installation of each interlocking panel. Both Verona Slate and Cordoba Clay were tested and have earned a Class C fire rating, Class 4 impact resistance rating and surpass Dade County wind load requirements. Each roofing system features a complete line of accessories such as starter strips and hip and ridge caps flexible enough to meet a variety of roof pitch requirements.
